D’WAVE
D’WAVE is the name of the Youth Ministry at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. It has a funny name because it is really an acronym, with each letter standing for the five reasons why we exist in the first place. In other words, D’WAVE is all about:
Diving into meaningful relationships
Wandering into a wide-open life with Christ
Affecting others through contagious ministry
Volumizing our love for God
Engaging the lost around us and their culture
We believe that these five purposes allow us to vision, to dream and to give us a mission to the world around us. It is our hope not to be just another social club or youth function, but a vital ministry that transforms students, parents and leaders alike. ABOUT ST. ANDREW’S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church is a sweet church on the northwest side of Tucson. It has been around for a long time, but don’t let that scare you. St. Andrew’s is a thriving place where people really gather in community to experience Jesus.
There are four main services (7:30am, 8:30am, 10:45am and 6:30pm), each with their own different styles. Basically, St. Andrew’s exists to Look Upward, Mature Inward and Reach Outward.
